Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy was last updated on 30th April, 2023.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us we invite you to read our policy on exchange.

Definitions

“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Kashee Traders.
“You”, “Your ” refers to customer.
“Item” refers to goods purchased.
“Return” refers to exchange.

Overview

Note
Customers are to provide order (carton/bag) opening video to claim for missing and/or damaged item(s) for online orders.

Customers should opt for correct cleaning methods when cleaning products purchased from us. Dry cleaning products are to be dry cleaned only. Cotton and rayon fabric items are to be dry cleaned only.

Customers are not eligible for refund if correct item is delivered for online orders or physically bought from our warehouse. Customers can request for exchange.

Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase date, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You must notify us about your refund or exchange within 7 days via following:

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and mailed/brought to our location within 7 days. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase therefore customers must provide their order number for an exchange or refund.

Returns

Non Exchange/Refund Items

Items will not be exchanged if it gets tampered with.

Item has spills.
Item is torn.
Tag is removed.
Item is washed.

If you want to exchange your ordered item with another size, please contact us.

Process

Step 1

Notify us about your exchange request.

Step 2

We will contact you with the mailing/delivery address where you have to mail/deliver your purchased item(s).

Step 3

Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
